Bathroom Fixture Swap

The Challenge

An aging hall bath had a leaky faucet, a wobbly toilet, and a builder-grade vanity that didn't match the rest of the home's recent updates. The owners wanted a clean, modern feel without retiling.

The Approach

We pulled the old vanity, replaced shutoff valves, and installed a new floating vanity with a quartz top. New brushed-nickel faucets, a comfort-height toilet, and a frameless mirror completed the swap. Three new vanity sconces replaced a single dated fixture.

The Result

A bathroom that finally matches the rest of the house, no leaks, no wobble, and far better lighting for the morning routine.
